My car was repossessed on Friday night. All of my babies things are in it, among other things. I called the company, and they said that they require the keys, and $50. They also want to meet in a parking lot somewhere in the area. Can they do this?

My fiance had two vehicles repossessed a few years ago after his ex-wife defaulted on the loans. Can they still come back after all this time and try to sue him for the loan balances even if they resold the vehicles?
