Not much you can really do. The car is gone and has been returned to its lean holder. Are you going to sue for a vehicle you haven’t been making payments on and you think the judge would return it to you? I think not.
Now if during the ACT of repoing yuor car there was an illegal act insuing then you should have called the law and handled it then. You dont have alot of recourse now…
