In OK, the foreclosure process takes about 90 days, assuming you haven’t done anything to hold it up and your lender does everything as quickly as the law allows.

Your best bet is to call the courthouse or your lender to find out if a sale date has been scheduled. If a sale is scheduled, then your time is running out. If the home has already sold, then they could probably evict you any day now.

If there is no sale scheduled, consider yourself lucky, because the lender is obviously taking their time to get through the foreclosure process.
