How long after not making car payments does a lien holder go out for repossession in Arizona?

What are the laws in Arizona if you don’t make your car payment and hide the car? I know someone who hasn’t made their payment in at least 3 months and is hiding the vehicle. I DO NOT CONDONE THIS IT’S A FRIEND OF A FRIEND; I THINK ITS WRONG! Maybe if I present facts this person will be wise and just turn it in!
