I’m a first time home buyer and I really got interested into foreclosures and tax deeds. Right now there’s just a lot out there that’s for sale retail price but there’s a lot more that’s actually discounted through foreclosures. If I can buy the same quality for less price, why not right? This book helped me sort through a lot of the terminologies and helped me understand what to look out for. Very quick and easy read and recommended along with other foreclosure books I found helpful.

The author is concise and accurate and anyone that has money to invest would do well to review this information before putting their money out there.
